Can you believe that the inside light only works when it is cooking? It only informs you of this in the product manual after reading. We also didnt pay attention to the cubic size only the add that call it a family size microwave :( 1.2 CF is very small and no light after opening door is crazy. Called Panasonic and right away they had me talk to their lawyer. All he cared about was getting the microwave in their possession (maybe getting rid of evidence?). When I asked about getting it replaced, they said after they had it and checked it out, they would let me know. How do they expect me to be without a microwave over for 2 weeks? 4 weeks? When I said I couldn't wait that long, since I have to feed my family, the lawyer said that is the legal agreement I consented to by buying the oven. My only solution is to buy a another microwave. I feel like a fool for buying a Panasonic.
