This review is from: Kitchenaid Classic Shears with Soft Grip, Pink (Kitchen) I watched an Asian cooking program and noticed that they use scissors instead of knives to cut their fish. These scissors are very sharp. I use them to cut raw fish and use practically no effort to do so. They do all the work. I reserve this pair just for dressing fish and they are marvelous.
