These Norpro shears provided an excellent grip and cut through the back bone of a roasting chicken I was butterflying effortlessly. The long handles provided extra leverage and very little pressure was required to cut up the bird. In addition, after the chicken was roasted it was a simple task to cut through the rest of the roasted bird.
